Due to the nature of homewear, returns or exchanges are accepted only if :⁠⁠

• The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

•⁠  A request is made within 24 hours of delivery.

•⁠  Defective or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge.

•⁠  If a customer requests a return despite the item being free from defects, manufacturing faults, or order errors, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the original shipping cost (which may have been discounted at the time of purchase), the return shipping cost, and any additional shipping charges incurred during the return process
