Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of lingerie & homewear, returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

• A request is made within 24 hours of delivery.

• Defective or wrong items will be replaced free of charge.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie items cannot be returned once worn.
