Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of lingerie & homewear items, returns are not accepted.

• Customers are allowed to inspect the item upon delivery to ensure quality and condition.

• Exchange is allowed only in case of a manufacturing defect or if a wrong item is delivered.

• Any exchange request must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted once the item has been worn.
